What's The Role? The Senior Manager, Product Strategy is responsible for providing LLA with a coherent consumer fixed product strategy and that this strategy is translated into long term plans and product roadmaps that provides LLAs opcos with world-class services in terms of customer experience, cost, and opportunity, ensuring the profitable growth of the business. What Youll Do Formulate product strategy to maximize value for LLA, considering competitive dynamics, customer needs, technical capabilities and regulatory constrains Direct customer product research and proofs of concept, to provide insight for new product development, working with local research groups in LLA Direct competitive information gathering of current offerings and potential capacities, working with the opcos market intelligence teams. Lead the business modeling to evaluate new product concepts and evolutions, with the inputs of the various local and regional stakeholders and defend them in front of the internal stakeholders.

Monitor global industry and technology trends that enable new Connectivity products or evolutions Prepare executive presentations on fixed product strategy and execution Knowledge & Experience: 10+ yrs of demonstrable experience in Telecommunications product strategic consulting 10+ yrs of proven experience in Hi-Tech marketing and business modelling 5+ yrs of experience in product roadmap and portfolio definition and management 5+ yrs of proven experience engaging effectively with and presenting to executive and senior level management Skills & Abilities: Proven business modelling capability in broadband services at a strong technical level. Ability to find creative solutions to technical business problems Management of innovation Telecommunications industry savvy Ability to understand technology and its short and long-term business impacts Ability to work with technical and business counterparts Executive communication and presentations Versed in competitive strategy formulation Management of small teams. Ability to work in cross-functional multicultural environments Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.

Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided. Strong English written and verbal communication skills, ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations. Preferred education/ qualifications: Masters level, Business administration Bachelor level, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and/or comparable technical engineering degree.
