You will be responsible for ensuring a beautiful experience for our customers both leading up to and during the program. Your main role is to assist our team in providing culturally immersive travel for North American students who choose to discover the world with us through group travel.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the operations staff in providing culturally immersive travel for North American students.
  2. Assist in ensuring a beautiful experience for our customers both leading up to and during the program.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  4. Optimize and coordinate group logistics with external vendors.
  5. Provide emergency telephone service for operational cases.

Requirements

  • Solution-oriented, flexible, innovative, and driven.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle competing priorities.
  • Organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
