Has Responsibility for Americas Region Container Sales Execution. Role reports to Regional Head of Container Sales. Works in close cooperation with Container Sales Managers, OCL, Local Equipment, Terminals Depots and Customer Success. Primary mission is to drive sustainable efficiency and effectiveness in the physical execution of container sales with the above stakeholders.

Significant involvement with depot/terminal communications via EDI will be required. Familiarization with Terminal Systems, YMS is a plus.ResponsibilitiesOnboard and Train Depots and Terminals in Sales execution throughout Americas RegionAlign processes with vendors in close cooperation with OCL, Equipment and EMRWork with Depots, Terminals and Equipment counterparts to reduce sales equipment dwell timeOrganize flow of sales units with Equipment, EMR to create efficiency in each sales locationSet up and execute Gate Buy and Depot Drop processes with vendors across Americas Region Participate in OCL’s Daily Stand Up meetings to provide and receive feedback across the Americas Region as neededFurther define Best Business Practices in Sales Execution, document and move practices into productionAssist in aligning local Sales efforts with OCL and FLOW directives across AmericasDevelop and Manage vendor scorecards to be shared with Vendors, Equipment and ProcurementCoordinate and oversee the execution of large batch sales in key locations as neededTroubleshoot regional chokepoints in close cooperation with OCLDrive full adoption and execution of container neutralization across Americas Further develop top of stack (peel off) strategies that can drive sales execution efficiencies in Sales locations.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Logistics Operations or related preferred.3-5 years of experience in Container Operations, logistics execution, Logistics coordinator, Traffic coordinators or similar experience.English and Spanish a must, Portuguese is a must.Understanding of Terminal, Depot operations is a must.Sales Commercial awareness.Ability to influence and manage potentially conflicting business drivers to a positive result.Ability to quickly analyze and define root causes in problems and explore viable options that suit all parties.A.P.
