**Responsibilities**
- Lead Commercial transformational project, ensuring crossfunctional coordination adncommunicaction
- Design and Deploy advanced go-to
- market models to satisfy customers demand, enable effectiveness and CTS efficiency.
- Lead and Deploy Route Engineering Projects for all channels across regions in all south cam countries, Dynamic dispatch owner
- Lead GTM to productivity agenda connecting with channel leans and Lean Six-Sigma methodologies
- Lead and implement One Team Sales Management process and provide follow up to all KPIs for South CAM.
- Enble customer data base excellence and Route data base.
- Drive business intelligence desition enablers and ensure Front line performance visibility
- South CAM Commercial software and hardware Owner and governance lead
- Sales Development Budget Owner, guaranteeing the best execution.
