Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- The purpose of the Insights & Analytics role is to deliver analysis reports and products (tools & dashboards) that will provide visibility, insights, and efficiencies for fulfillment activities throughout the LAM region for adidas.- This role will be responsible to create, develop, and support multiple database enhancement to be demonstrated on data visualization (power BI, excel) and will identify trends and present analysis that will drive strategic decision making for market performance improvement.- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and objectives.
- Implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences
- Create a set of reports/dashboards for management to develop one common understanding of the numbers and KPIs (focus on omnichannel fulfilment) across LAM and reduce workload for the countries.
- Prepare recommendations and alternatives based on analysis of the business to standardize or make processes more efficient and/or reduce costs.
- Generate meeting and summary dashboards to increase market productivity.
- Collaborate with local teams to provide clear guidance about regional-global dashboards, reports, and tools, providing transparency on the information and how to use it appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support projects related to KPI development/improvement.
- Continuously monitor the performance of OF (omnichannel fulfilment) KPIs against targets - identify deviations and work with the stakeholders necessary to drive the improvement.
- Ensure the creation and constant improvement of tools for KPIs tracking and analysis.
- Serve as a key resource for ad hoc analytics to support ongoing projects.
- Continually challenge the status quo, think differently, and push boundaries.
- Search for analytics and reporting efficiency through automation of reports, daily downloads and BOT implementation.

- SCM Functional areas: Product Supply, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, Inbound.
- Cross functional areas: Regional Demand Planning & Sales Operations.
- LAM Data & Analytics Team.

- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in Data Analytics to interact and navigate through different order information across LAM countries.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and proficient management of Excel.
- Experience in SCM E2E process or demand planning or Sales operation.
- Strong Analytics mindset, planning, and ability to prioritize different tasks with varying workloads and importance.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to think tactically and influence the organization.
- Ability to present technical results in a strong manner with clear action steps.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive change within varied cultures and viewpoints.
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills with the ability to support assumptions of final analysis, share ideas, and influence.
- Curious, energetic personality, eager to think out of the box and explore off-beaten tracks, with a passion for innovation.
- Self-initiated and proactive mindset
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive work in Operational Analytics & SCM KPI Analytics.
