**Tu rol en Baxter**:
El KAE o Especialista de Ventas es la cara de la empresa ante los clientes, por lo que debe tener las competencias asociadas al perfil del vendedor técnico junto con competencias de entendimiento del mercado y su entorno, así como capacidad de negociar a níveles medios de las organizaciones. Debe ser un profesional capaz de auto gestionarse ya que tendrá soporte a distancia al igual que perfil autodidacta y afín a temas técnicos / médicos y ser un buen comunicador ya que tendrá que entrenar a personal técnico calificado. Experiência preferible en manejo de eventos de Licitaciones publicas

**Lo que realizarás en Baxter**
- Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.
- Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento y prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Baxter y código de conducta.
- Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros y apoyar a los procesos, asegurando la inducción y capacitación de empleados. - Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Baxter en el país/cluster.
Funciones de Venta:
- Generación de Demanda
- Análisis y Planificación de Demanda y Forecasting
- Administración de Cuentas Claves en sector público y privado
- Manejo del portafolio para asegurar la vitalidad financiera maximizando la rentabilidad
- Manejo administrativo de órdenes de compra y entregas
- Entrenamiento a personal médico/administrativo sobre tecnologías y productos Baxter
- Relacionamiento e interacción con clientes
- Canalizar las comunicaciones formales asociados a la representación legal con clientes y/o entes gubernamentales
- Desarrollar un estricto seguimiento a las necesidades de las clientes proporcionando las soluciones costo-efectivas que garanticen el mejor nível de satisfacción y por ende de lealtad par parte de los mismas.
- Liderar la identificaci6n de negocios potenciales (desarrolla estratégica de venta institucional, pacientes, cirugías, tecnologías y otros) que permitan el logro de los objetivos.
- Participar activamente con las diferentes sociedades científicas, que le permitan fortalecer el relacionamiento garantizando la participación activa de la compañía en eventos de interés del negocio.
- Dar estricto cumplimiento a las tareas administrativas que son propias del cargo.
- Manejo de Distribuidores.
- Monitoreo y seguimiento de la productividad de los equipos colocados en comodato de forma mensual, así como el retiro de los mismos cuando así se requiera y donde aplique.
**Lo que aportarás a Baxter**:
- Profesional Universitario en alguna rama de la salud: Farmaceuta, Enfermería, Ingeniería Biomédica, Nutricionista, o bien profesional (Ingeniero Industrial, Negocios) con experiência en administración y ventas.
- Representa un Plus educación Post Universitaria (Especialización, Maestría o Diplomado) en las áreas de negocio y/o marketing.
- Bilingüe
- De 3-5 años.
- Conocimiento de ventas en el sector farmacéutico tanto para entes públicos como privados.
- Conocimiento de formulación de ofertas técnicas y la preparación de documentación asociados a licitaciones y cotizaciones.
